Ibbenoh provides specialized advisory services in cross-border tax planning, corporate governance, and private investment portfolio management. Our executive mentoring programs are designed for commercial sector companies seeking to protect their working capital, structure holdings, and diversify assets over the long term. Services are provided based on the information supplied by the client and do not constitute comprehensive legal advice nor replace the opinion of a local attorney.
The client agrees to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information regarding their financial, corporate, and tax situation. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any shared access or credentials. Ibbenoh shall not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate information or client omissions.
Ibbenoh acts with professional diligence but does not guarantee specific tax, asset, or investment outcomes. Recommendations are based on the regulatory framework in effect at the time of consultation, which may change. Under no circumstances shall Ibbenoh be liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunities, or tax penalties resulting from the application of our recommendations without additional local verification.
All content, materials, methodologies, and documents provided during mentoring or consulting are the exclusive property of Ibbenoh. The client may not reproduce, distribute, or use them outside the scope of their contractual relationship without express written authorization.
Services are provided for the period agreed upon in the proposal or signed contract. Either party may terminate the relationship with 15 business days' written notice. In the event of a serious breach of the client's obligations, Ibbenoh may suspend or terminate services immediately.
Ibbenoh reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated through the website or by email. Continued use of the services after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santo Domingo, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
